CSR Consultant
Your Mission
As part of this assignment, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of the CSRD Report on behalf of one of our customers based in Paris.
Your tasks will include
-Drawing up the project roadmap and the sub-projects to be implemented (data collection, report construction, etc.)
-Manage the project’s key contributors across the board (CSR, IT Department, HR Department, HR Department, DI, DF, MNV, MAP, etc.)
-Monitoring and managing the smooth running of the project (objectives, resources and organisation)
-Support the business units throughout the project
-Make proposals based on the expertise required
-Report and monitor risks and alerts
-Acting as the business line’s relay on certain projects
-Facilitating multi-actor exchanges
Your Profile
-You have a 5-year degree from an engineering school, business school or university.
-You will have at least 8 years’ professional experience, including at least one significant experience in implementing CSR/CSRD projects.
-You are familiar with project management (V-cycle and agile methods)
-You have a good knowledge of the financial sector
-You have good writing and oral communication skills (drafting materials, leading workshops and monitoring committees)
-You are able to work autonomously, rigorously and in an organised manner
-A good level of English and solid experience of producing industrialised, auditable reports are also essential.
