Your Job
As part of the organisational transformation of the banking sector, we are looking for an Organisation and Management Consultant to help our clients optimise their structures and processes. You will play a key role in supporting financial institutions in implementing organisational transformation projects, ensuring effective change management and optimising overall performance.
Main Tasks
Organisational Diagnosis
-Carrying out internal audits to assess the effectiveness of existing structures.
-Identify dysfunctions or levers for improvement in current processes.
-Drawing up recommendations for adapting the organisation to changes in the banking market and new regulations.
Transformation Gestion
Designing and implementing organisational transformation strategies.
-Support management teams in defining change objectives.
Drawing up detailed roadmaps to steer change while ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
Process Optimisation
-Rethinking and modelling internal processes to improve operational efficiency.
-Working with key departments (risk, compliance, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth integration of new processes.
-Proposing innovative solutions to optimise resource management and improve financial performance.
Change Management
-Leading change management by integrating a collaborative approach with the teams.
-Implementing communication and training plans to support the transition.
-Monitoring performance indicators to assess the impact of the changes.
Strategic et Regulatory Monitoring
-Monitoring regulatory developments specific to the banking sector.
-Analysing market trends to anticipate future challenges.
-Propose strategic adjustments to maintain customer competitiveness.
Your Profile
-Education: Graduate of a leading business, engineering or university school with a specialisation in management, organisation or strategy (5 years’ higher education).
-Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a consultancy firm or in a similar role in the banking or financial sector.
Technical Skills
-Mastery of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Lean, Six Sigma).
-Good understanding of banking issues and changes in the sector (digitalisation, regulations, etc.).
-Experience in change management and organisational transformation.
Behavorial Skills
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and to bring people together around projects.
-Leadership, autonomy and the ability to make proposals.
